I work in Bluffton so we decided to try out Fancy Sushi after work. We started with a complimentary appetizer which I believe was fried Kani. Delicious! My wife got the Vegetable Tempora which came with a salad. She enjoyed it. For Sushi we got the Rock and Roll roll, the Spicy Trio Roll, the Lucky Dragon roll and the Surf and Turf roll. All were outstanding. Loved the thinly sliced Steak on top of the Surf and Turf roll. For dessert we tried the Fried Oreos and Banana Ice Cream. Both sweet and yummy. If you’re ever in Bluffton definitely check them out!

First time here and we dined in for dinner. The waitress was very nice and provided excellent service. The restaurant was clean and the seating was comfortable. Now the sushi was delicious and the prices per roll was right! We started with the miso soup which you can tell by the way it taste was fresh. The special spicy trio roll was delicious with the sauce they used on top. The regular rolls we ordered- spicy tuna, spicy salmon, boston and eel cucumber were good as well. Highly recommend this place!

This place has the freshest fish we have had in a very long time! Great selections and service was great! Maggie, our server, was very personable and attentive! Would highly recommend this restaurant!
