What an amazing Starbucks, Brenda made my experience worth it. Brenda was kind and friendly with her customers service. Brenda used name recognition and also maintain eye contact. What an amazing team that works there. Brenda made my Carmel coffee just right. Great job Brenda you get 5 stars and she needs a raise. Blair is an amazing Starbucks employee what an amazing smile. Very friendly and kind to me and my brother. Blair ensure the outside is clean and well disinfected.The outdoor seating is kind and friendly great to bring kids for dessert. Maggie assistant manger is very fast and efficient. I Love the coffee it was amazing filled with Love. What an amazing team that are very well trained

This Starbucks is my absolute favorite location in all of Boca. My experience with the staff has always been spectacular and they have always gone above and beyond just to accommodate my needs! For example, as I was collecting my usual order inside this afternoon (which has now implemented very mindful covid-19 measures!!) I noticed that my drink was missing its caramel drizzle. I mentioned this to one of the staff members, Jake, and he politely and promptly assisted in correcting my order, as well as offering me a water!! This location can be rather busy at times, so the staff’s commitment to upholding a kind and helpful attitude while under pressure is always greatly appreciated!
