Great place, always amazing products and helpful staff. All their smoked products are on point and bacon.... oh my bacon is to die for.
By far the best game processor around. I’ve sent hundreds of animals here and they have always exceeded my expectations. Try the fajitas, bacon wrapped chopped steaks or the dried sausage!!
I have been getting BBQ at Klein's smoke house for years. Used to be Farmers Meat Market and still has employees that worked there before the name change. It is definitely in my opinion the ONLY place to get BBQ in Boerne. Game processing, pickled items, fresh cuts of meat, jerky, and more. Now has a dining area and the place is awesome! Please if you're in Boerne and hungry, you have to go.

The meat here is awesome. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, meaty, and good variety. They offer hot poorboys, sliced meats, and have pre packaged seasoned meats they make there.
If you like bbq or just meat in general, you need to stop by.
Wth the friendly atmosphere/ staff, and small town meat shop feel, you'll be leaving happy.

Out of all of the Hill country bbq I've had, Klein Smokehaus, or what I've always known it as Farmers Market... Has amazing ribs, sausage, Turkey poorboys. When I am visiting San Antonio I make sure to take a drive out there.

I have had their deer that received from a neighbor and it was really good. This time I was a customer. They have a efficient process for taking in the deer, weighing and then go in a select. Lots of choices. I kept my back straps and butchered those. They did sausage and hamburger for me. Ready in just over 3 weeks. Very pleased with the quality.
I discovered Kleins while in town for training from Kansas City. Let me tell you they do it right! Some of the best BBQ I've EVER had. From the meat, sides and sauce it is hands down some of the best. I have visited here several times the last couple of weeks and have enjoyed it every single time. Support your local meat market, and skip Subway for lunch. You all rock!
This is one of my favorite BBQ places ever, if not my favorite. The brisket is amazing, never dry and has a great smokey flavor. Same with the turkey. Haven't tried too many of the sausages but the jalapeño and cheese is outstanding.
Excellent Brisket and smoked bacon. The hamburger came from Dienger’s Trading Company and features smoked bacon from the Klein Smokehaus.
