I’ve gone there 2 days in a row for the Buffett & the staff has been consistently friendly. The girl serving the buffet asked me if there was anything I needed & I said I wanted a thin n crispy pizza, she soon brought it out. Everything was good, very good
Pizza. Salad. Wings. Was delicious ! Customer service was Excellent !
This is the only Pizza Hut I go to. Service is always super fast and the employees are courteous. They listen and are willing to get your pizza how you like it. Would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. Enjoy!!!
Usually Pizza Hut is great, but they obviously dropped our food. We also got sick from it. Hopefully it won't happen again, but we are going to wait awhile before we order delivery again.🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
Today a year later we decided to give Pizza Hut one last chance. It was very well done 👍 thank you Pizza Hut.

Wonderful experience for a group of 8. Dinning area clean and Sanitized. Mary and Elsa were wonderful in taking our order and finding the best deal for us. Bread sticks, and pizza was delicious. They kept our cookie pie warm for us until we were ready.
When calling this location, please keep in mind that you reach a call center. The online deals are different from location. Also the call center relays information about orders to the location. If you have issues with your order then you might want to call the call center first.
I would recommend asking for Mary or Elsa
I love the quality of service and the great taste of pizza hut. My family really are thankful.
We love Pizza Hut but tonight we got our pizza & the cheese was not all melted, it was warm and the dough appeared to be not thoroughly cooked through. We ended up throwing it in the trash and making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches which we were not thrilled about. I will use them again because I have used Pizza Hut for many years & this is a new store for us. Of course if it happens again I will order pizza elsewhere.
Excellent customer service! This was the first time we ever dined inside this location as we usually do pickup orders. The restaurant is very clean including the restrooms which is a huge plus. The employees were super friendly and fast with our order making sure we had everything we needed. A+ all the way!
I've lived in Boerne for several years now, and have always enjoyed eating at pizza hut!
