I wanted something different tonight, so I opted for Manfred's. I asked for suggestions which led to a short conversation about if I wanted heavy or light (in between), and the normal or wonky (wonky, why would I want normal and come here). So the lamb torta it is! The grilled mozzarella and cheddar provide an interesting taste (in a good way). The lamb is like pulled and chopped barbecue, and the house slaw is very good, providing a nice crunch. I added a half order of fries (I'm in Idaho, must eat potatoes), and they are tasty. Jennifer Horton Baweja would enjoy them with vinegar. I knew I would need something sweet, so I opted for the fresh Krispy Treat. I provided my own bottled Pepsi. Well worth the stop if you want something different while in Boise.

Around 9:30, couldn’t drive, and hungry. I used Uber eats to get a Tacodilla.....damn the combo of the slaw, and meat were perfect. I could eat this everyday.
