Amazing. Was on vacation visiting family in the Naples area and did a bunch of homework on meal prep services. I’m a lifter and I’m trying to gain weight which is rare for a meal prep service revolved around weight loss dieters to accommodate. Chad and his team recommended the athlete portions and I ordered two a day to supplement my vacation meals. Delivery was on time and awesome. Pricing was on point and food was next level. If I lived here I would be a regular customer. Such a great business. A+++

Just started the program and love it. Great communication between myself and the owner (Chad) and I'm already down 5lbs in my first week. Totally feasible when you take into consideration that you no longer have to shop, prepare, cook, and lets not forget cleaning up your mess. I'm saving hours of my time each week. I would recommend you give him a try as he offers a one-week trial. You won't be displeased. Cheers!

We love this!!!! We started getting our meals about a month ago and it is a game changer! We do the family meals and have tried the vegan menu as well as the paleo and both are awesome. It has allowed us to sit down as a family and eat a healthy meal - before we were stressing out to get something cooked in time for the whole family to sit down. Thank you so much Chad and the Freshfit crew!!
