Dunkin' isn't my favorite place to get doughnuts. So, it's difficult for me to give 5 stars... but there's plenty of other great reasons I can easily give 4 stars.
Plane glazed doughnut was my order. It was a little dry, but that's always my opinion of Dunkin' Doughnuts
My iced coffee was great!
Location was clean.
Staff was super friendly.
There was a line of about 8-10 ahead of us, but it moved quite quickly.
This is my favorite dunkin donuts ever. I can’t believe the negative reviews but GUARANTEE they’re from people new to Boston or just idiots. These people really think that they’re gonna come to Massachusetts, then go to a dunkin on a road called MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE, and get their drink in 5 minutes??? Guess what - 5,000 other people had the same idea and they’re all idiots. The manager here runs this Dunkin like a MACHINE and that cashier was killing it too. Communicating w customers, moving fast, and being the most helpful people on the planet. It’s not their fault that Karen was already late to work and decided to make a dunkin stop at one of the most understaffed and BUSIEST dunkins in mass. The staff here are incredible and I will live, breathe, and die by this dunkin.

I had a very nice experience ever, for my first time since a long time. I noticed a new manager and stuff who was very nice and professional. The coffee was delicious!!! Thanks!
Only reason it's not five stars is because anytime I would order ahead, they would almost always forget the other part of my order.
Service was a bit slow moving and the inside is cramped. Good location, though, and the staff were nice folks.
Izzy was amazing and the coffee was fresh!
Nymisha is a really nice employee. She deserves to be promoted. She made my day better
