If you want to have a remarkable cater event with excellent food and the most amazing professional staff, Hampton Aristocrat should be first up on your choice and make sure you get Katherine to oversee as truly so professional and hands on...you don't have to be a celeb, high profile, well-known individual with a large event to feel taken care of with Hampton Aristocrat. We hosted a small gathering and they treated us like royalty. Hands down the BEST in the Hamptons!! Rob
