Being a professional foodie road warrior, I go from place to place always trying out different foods. Hands down �this spot has the best Lobster Bisque I've had in a long time�. It's a simple spot, not fancy but very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's traveling through.
Took family there today. Dont be fooled by the neighborhood. Good food and even better people running it. My new place for fresh seafood to grill.
Fresh seafood, easy to find.. This fish market serves a wide variety of fresh fish at a great price . The market prepares
shrimp platters , stuffed sole , stuffed clams for take out. The kitchen is always open to serve fish and chips, homemade soups, and hush puppies. Great decor and a park is being constructed across the street.
OMG! This is exactly what I was hoping for, fresh seafood, generous portions, reasonable price! A real gem.
What a great place!!! I was just in the neighborhood and happened to go there for lunch. I just ordered the lobster bisque and a small lobster roll. Wow the lobster bisque was to die for and the lobster roll with fires was just delicious. The selection was very appetizing so before I left the area I had to get the macaroni and cheese. It was amazing with lots of lobster. All food was so fresh that I can wait to go back!!!!!
First time went there and was pleasantly surprised. The place is in the part of Bridgeport you would never think such a friendly and clean place exists. The staff was knowledgeable and ready to help with suggestions. Their fish was nicely displayed and looked very fresh. Had a sample from each of their soups and the lobster bisque was tasty and unique recepie. Got some good looking see scallops for four and turned out to be excellent and made my guests very happy. Definitely recommend it!
Ok so this place blew me away! Ordered the Lobster Roll with Fries. Fries were very crispy and tasty! Really good fries! The lobster roll was very rich and cooked/seasoned just right. The roll itself wasn't oily or too buttery - it was warm and fluffy on the inside and lighted toasted on the outside. The price was a real surprise too ($13) - I would normally pay $25 easily for quality like this in places like Westport. The staff there is so friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful (they even poked holes in my styrofoam take out container so my fries wouldn't get soggy - Smart!) The place is under new ownership and they've renovated the dining area - wayyyy more welcoming than before! I'll be coming back for more lobster! Thank you BPT Lobster and Shellfish!

Great place to eat and buy all types of seafood, not fancy but the food is fresh and reasonably priced. The New England clam chowder and the lobster bisque is great as well as the lobster rolls. Buen appetite!!

First off the woman in there is friendly just lovely to talk too and second when I ate that lobster bisque I melted never have I tasted such creaminess and chunks of lobster to add to the wonderful taste amazing huge pieces of shrimp scallops ...let me tell you this place ROCKS!!!!! awesome place. best clams, oysters. they cooked lobster and crabs for us. let us try chowder. Friendliest people there ever. GO. thanks guys from your friends from California
Nice selection, make sure the staff wears gloves. Had to insist on it while the lady handled the fish. She tried to convince me that the gloves were too big for her..REALLY?? Whose problem should that be? Sanitary should be requirement.
