I had a wonderful Sunday Brunch today, by myself at the Bristol Buffet, owned my friends who also own Luke's Inn. The food was to die for, fresh, delicious and I ate meat!-- bacon, sausage, ham and eggs of all kinds and desires: Benedict, scrambled, omelets, wonderful frittatas ( I loved the broccoli and cheese)! Along with stuffed French Toast (with strawberries and cream) and the Ugliest but Best Tasting Pancakes ever--Oatmeal and Cinnamon with blueberry sauce! Misshapen and crispy on the outside and tender and tasty on the inside! I have eaten at buffets all over and my restaurant experience has taught me that buffet maintenance is key; at Bristol Buffet there were workers keeping the steam tables fresh and full and clean...nothing was ever cold and dried out. Bristol Buffet is the best yet, unrivaled by buffets all over the East Coast.This is NOT a Chinese buffet. I had breakfast, but there was also Steak and sushi and chicken and a full dessert station, which I skipped. Kudos to Ben Luk and Susan Luk and their staff. I give this place 5 Stars! It is a new favorite and I recommend Prime Rib Night after 4:30 on Saturdays! Run to this great new place in Bristol, RI in the location of the now defunct Tweets! They also serve soft drinks and Beer and Wine, so Mimosas are a GO!
