A hidden gem in BA as far as I'm concerned. I've eaten virtually everywhere in BA thanks to 10 years family dine-out night. This place by far had the best food. We were a party of five, had BBQ pulled pork, catfish, grown-up grilled cheese, and chipotle chicken sandwich, and several cocktails. Everyone was surprised at the quality of food and price. Cocktails were priced surprisingly low. A varied menu and nice atmosphere made it an excellent experience. Unfortunately, we didn't save room for dessert, but we'll return for a chance to sample the sweets. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting something different, away from the national chains. Maybe next time we'll catch the live entertainment.

The Block House is an amazing place with great food and even better Margaritas!!! The bartender Max is such a delight and I would recommend this place for your weekend spot. It’s very cozy and delightful place.
