I have not ate at Charlie's because Church's was right next to my house. With my wife the other day just to try it out again after several years and forgot how good it was. The prices are not bad at all, the same as KFC but even better flavored. I had the country fried steak dinner it was breaded perfectly it was not a huge size so as big enough. Forgot just how delicious they were. My wife got the deep fried chicken and she loved it. Felt like it was breaded perfectly on my churches where you mainly get skin and breading, hardly any meat. The next time my family is in town and we want to eat someplace reasonable but nice would definitely take them there. Overall, for the price would definitely recommend this particular Charlie's Chicken. I cannot speak for the rest of the branches but the one in Broken Arrow is excellent.
Charlie’s chicken is gods restaurant glory to thy name. When I eat at Charlie’s chicken it is a holy experience and I can feel my soul healing in my body. God bless Charlie’s chicken and the amazing food they serve here. Hallelujah!!!!
Best jalapeño chicken meal ever. The other locations in Sand Springs and West Tulsa are on notice!!! Thank you Broken Arrow for giving me fresh chicken that the batter is not wet, falling off or rubbery, dry and tasteless and/or old grease tasting. It was seasoned and cooked to perfection. You will see my face again and again!!! My husband had to taste mine, because we have been greatly disappointed in other locations. Once he tasted it, he ran in to get him a meal, too!! Thank You!!
It's a really good place. Very friendly employees. The only thing I didn't like was my food was cold off the hot bar
Decent food. Nice employees. They were busy and possibly understaffed - there were bags of trash sitting in dining room waiting to go out, but the staff was busy.
Edited to reply: Ok, but i believe the answer is finding more staff, even if it means you have to raise pay. The employees were focused on serving the customers, as they should be.

Prompt, friendly service and great food! LOVE the Chicken Chunk dinner and the best mashed potatoes and gravy in town! Great corndodgers, too!
