The food is really excellent. Loved the outdoor patio w 2 great big tree trunks growing between the buildings amongst colorful cushions and a pebbly floor. The flavors in the food make it a place I would like to def have again!
Our absolute favorite place for Tai food in Brooklyn no questions hands down! I find myself always comparing Joya to other places & I've come to the conclusion why even bother with these other places lol. The food is outstanding & the prices are extremely reasonable. If you love Tai, this IS the spot to go!
Best Thai food in Brooklyn! They play really good music, the outdoor spot is cute and cozy, the decor inside is elegant, and it’s an open kitchen - so if you love to see the chefs at work, this is perfect for you, just sit in the back. I always get the calamari. Thai fried rice is good and the Pad See Yue is sooo yummmy *chef’s kiss*
Favorite Thai restaurant in NYC. Been coming here for over 7 years. Chicken pad Thai and coconut soup is a must!
Ambiance is nice and the price for the quality of food is great. Staff are amazing and always attentive. Must try if you’re in downtown Brooklyn.
This place is cozy and comfortable to spend one of your dinners here. Food is fresh and delicious 🍲😍®️👍Serving time is super fast. After my order even not five minutes past and I got my soup and appetizers. I was surprisingly shocked of such as fast service. 😳😱❤️😍🍅 Menu has different varieties of interesting dishes, I even never heard about. I definitely will visit this place again to explore and try more traditional Thai food 🍲 🍛🥘🍱🍜🥘🌯🍛

The food here is excellent. My friend exclaimed that he had never tasted noodles this good. The staff is attentive and nice. This would have been a five star review but I'm pulling one start because of two things. They have only four less than exciting beers on tap, and if you order something at the bar you can't charge it to your table.
This place has a really nice atmosphere. The food was so great. I love their mussel appetizer and any of their curries. Delicious food and good service overall. Would definitely recommend and go back.
I got the tofu pad see yue and the coconut mango sticky rice. My favorite part was the hot sauces. The tofu had a great texture. Only thing would be a deeper (fresher?) flavor in the noodles because they mostly tasted pretty sweet with wok flavor. I would go back just for the coconut mango sticky rice!
This is one of the best Thai places on Court St (there is a lot of competition in that area) AND one of the best in BK. Definitely worth your time and money. Has a cool vibe with an open kitchen so you are immediately hit with all the smells you want in your culinary experience. They also have a very cute yard out back, which is where we decided to sit on a beautiful April day. Tom Ka soup was extremely good, this was actually my first time experiencing it and it’s now in my all time top 5 soups. My friend had Red Curry Noodles - the dish was delicious and the vegetables smelled beautifully fresh. I had the Pad See Ew with Chicken. Amazing. Portions are quite large so I actually took the rest to go. Also noticed that the pour for all the drinks are also very generous so keep that in mind. Really fantastic experience and will highly recommend.

I prefer take out. The spring rolls were the thing I truly desired to eat and I must say I didn’t enjoy it very much. It was filled with too many rice noodles and I expected cabbage. I also ordered pad see ew and that was yummy. The papaya salad was deliciously sweet and tangy.
Finding this place was easy, despite it having no flashy storefront signs or decorations. As you enter you are greeted by a clean and spatious restaurant floor, with backyard seating, bar area and an open kitchen. The waiting staff were very efficient and courteous, being there at exact times when you'd need them. The Thai cuisine is probably not 100% authentic, judging by the level of spiciness of dishes, but it's pretty close in terms of the variety on the menu. The quality of the ingredients and sauces was fantastic. Given a chance, I'll definitely stop here again for a good warming lunch on a gloomy cool day.
We’ve been return customers to Joya for 13+ years because every dish is always excellent. On our visit tonight, I specifically ordered a green curry because it had eggplant in it but the dish arrived without eggplant. The staff was extremely helpful and quick to amend the issue.
