As we made our way from Brooklyn Steel to the Barcade at around 1am, we realized how hungry we were.. Walked into several bars that had just closed their kitchen for the night before stumbling into this gem! Ordered 3 appetizers to share and they were the perfect portion for a late night recharge. Also made for quite the romantic meal as we happened to be the only ones dining there on a quiet Sunday night. Thank you not only for being open at that hour but soothing our hungry bellies with delicious Italian food!
You will probably walk by this place without seeing it. It's around the corner from a main Avenue Grand Ave and Lorimer st, but it's a good place for pizza and a salad with a bottle of wine. They have an ornate oven that prepares the pizza quite nicely. They have a nice variety of pizzas and quite delish. They have a good selection of wine and quite good as well. The salads are really good and deserve to be added to your meal. There was only 1 guy serving and he seemed to have it under control. Not much personality but got the job done. The cost is quite reasonable for this place. It is a wide open space with plenty of seating. The bar is well stocked. Added prosciutto to my margarita pizza and even without the prosciutto it is quite tasty. The arugula salad had a nice dressing that accentuated the flavor and the walnuts added were good, with shaved pecorino cheese. I would return here in a heartbeat.
Excellent service and very clean. Enjoyed the traditional pizza. Dough was slightly soft and delightful. All ingredients tasted fresh. The inside of the restaurant was too dark for me. I had to use the light on my iPhone to read the menu as did others who came in after me. Was a little expensive but this is not a side stand with 99 cent pizza slices. This is more traditional Italian fare. Worth the price based on the service and the taste of the food.
Grabbed a bite to eat here before a concert at Brooklyn steel. Great service, and the pizza was so delicious. We got the nutella fried dough dessert and it was massive and so tasty.
We stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. It was very quite so it was nice for a change. The servers were great, and the food was amazing!! The pizza was the best thing followed by the egg plant parm. I would definitely return.

pizza is the most delicious of all that I've ever tried ! A lot of drinks at the bar( they have everything) ...and Nutella pizza ...omg...I love it !!!
If you are a human person who enjoys chewing and swallowing, you will like this place. Not sure why I hadn’t had fried pizza crust before this but it seems like a no-brainer once you try it. Best guilty pleasure spot in the neighborhood. The fried crust is not too greasy or heavy and adds a perfect crisp to your pizza-eating experience.
Cute place with interesting and delicious variety of pizzas. Friendly service. The only thing that was disappointing was the cocktail menu wasn't available when we were there around 3pm on a weekend. However, they did make it up by giving us one round of wine on the house (didn't realize until they gave us the check, which was a nice surprise). Definitely will come back again another time to try their cocktails because they look equally interesting as well!
So far the most genuine Italian pizza I have found in NYC and my favorite in the neighborhood! Because of the lockdown I haven't had a chance to done in but have taken take out several times.
For the quality, not even that expensive (for NYC prices!) but I recommend taking one pie each
Lovely atmosphere and good services. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo and paid $4 to add 5 shrimps. The garlic bread is delicious just wish it was more than 3 pieces. I tried my friend's lasagna, the sauce is tangy which isn’t my thing but my friend loved it. Would definitely eat here again.
