The crust is super special...like none other! Toppings vary according to owner artisan chef's choices of what looks/sounds good! He's closed Monday and Tuesday to make the dough! And they have NUMU cheese so you can get a vegan pie no problem! The service from the chef/owner is personal and special and you know he cares about you! I gave it a 5 for atmosphere because I love the look of the place...it caught my eye walking by and had to try it. But it's a very small dining spot and def more of a slice or in my case whole pie takeout spot! I highly recommend this one!
damn good pizza. sour-dough tasting pizza crust. i really suggest the everything bagel pizza. the owner was making a family special (ricotta meatballs) and gave us a portion of leftover sauce with me and my friend to dip our pizza into… chefs kiss
This place is not messing around. There is a certain pride you can taste in well made pizza, and Roebling has it. The dough is unique—like a super thin focaccia or sourdough bread—and all of the ingredients are fresh. Definitely high up on my list of pizza places in Brooklyn. I’ll be going back.
