(I love their cakes. Growing up, icing on cakes was a no-no. It was heavy and packed full of sugar. However, this shop has never disappointed. I believe every cake is made with a powerful emotional drive to make anyone exclaim "OMG" with every bite. The balance of sweet, velvety icing, and moist layers creates a symphony of flavors that dances on the palate, leaving behind a delightful aftertaste that lingers like a fond memory
Best Breakfast Benedicts in town! Good selection of Turkish classic delights as well as cakes. Pleasant, quite atmosphere. Good place to meet a friends for chat or sit with family.
I love Sena! She is so sweet and helpful. I wanted to try some desserts there and she helped me pick out some different ones to try. There was another girl there named Nora and she was so nice too! I saw some kids playing around which looked to be the owners kids. It’s so nice to have a family owned small business with great quality food and staff! Love you guys!
Nice interior to sit and eat but we only got a sampler of baklava and a cake to go.
The person at the counter was super helpful with recommendations. The cake was pretty good but the baklava was delicious!
Always welcoming, always cozy, and the staff are so nice and gracious. I've been here a lot, having to travel far to do work but they're always accommodating even when I'm on a zoom meeting on my laptop. Food is great and the Turkish tea and coffee even better. Highly recommend and worth sitting down at for a bit of relaxation, food and atmosphere!
Great experience!
Tasty Turkish food, beautiful atmosphere.
Very delicious dessert and great Turkish coffee.
I live nearby but, I never been into the bakery until recently. Oh boy, am I glad I did! They currently are only doing takeout but, I still bought a few treats to enjoy. It was very hard not to rip open the package and devour the goodies as soon as I stepped outside.
I bought two types of baklava and both were tasty. They have quite a few different types but, pistachio is my personal favorite. I also bought this milky creamy caramel topped cake. It reminds me of a bit of Tres Leches cake with a caramel-y topping.
The woman on staff was very friendly and polite. She offered a lot of suggestions and took the time to explain some of the items.
The reason why this isn't a 5-star bakery and I am would visit every single day is because the prices jumped a lot. Baklava used to be 4 pieces for a $1 and the cakes were like under $5 a slice. Now, the baklava is priced per pound from $10.99 to $16.69. I bought 2 pieces of baklava and piece of cake and the total was a little more than $12. There is also a minimum charge of $10/12 to use a credit card.
Very delicate and toothsome bakery, Have a large variety of pastries, cookies, cakes and baklavas. A nice combination of traditional and modern delicacies. Highly recommended!
Its quite sugary. I got some light headless. Lol. Got almost one of each baklava. And a little cake. Cake was beautiful on the outside but not really my flavor profile. Beautiful shop. Cool coffee machines.
Lovely family owned Turkish bakery. Great for if you want to taste / experience traditional Turkish breakfast and more. It has a good amount of seating available. Owners and workers are happy to serve you. I love their pogaca, which is traditional Turkish pastry and their beef borek.
