The food was one the far best prepared and tasting good I have had when it comes to seafood in Brownsville. Even other national restaurants can't compete with this good Food. The food was hot, well cooked and served up quick. Restroom was very clean and you can tell that there is a food safety plan in place and is being followed (i.e. yeah cans placed away from the toilet next to the exit door and not next to the toilet seat and having to have the important smell next you.. Great job. Definitely will eat here again
Fresh Oysters, complimentary seafood soup is always tasty , fried fish fingers was fresh and tasty .
Excellent reasonably priced seafood in a casual environment. The service was really good- I wanted the plate I ordered to be customized and instead of saying he couldn't do it or upcharge me, he said "no problem boss." I ordered fish and oyster plate and it was fresh.and tasty.

Great food, great service but I'd call to reserve a table. The place is small and fills quick. I've never had anything this good, promise you won't be disappointed!

Good food. Fresh and great tasting. This seafood restaurant has more of a Mexican Seafood style than other places with their sauces and flavor. With Mocambo you can have a little bit of Mexico in the states.
This place was great!!! The consome they give you as a free appetizer is very good. We got the fish and shrimp platter. I got grilled and my husband got fried. Both were very good. We also got a piece of flan to share because they said it was freshly made (we don't even like flan) but we were just being busgos so we ordered it. Wow!!! It was such good flan!! Not like the flan I've ever had before. I would definitely go to this place again!
Excellent customer service. Food was great. Caldo de mariscos, shrimp cocktail and fried shrimp and fish. Will return again and again.
Amazing selection of seafood! Everything I've tried I've loved! Definitely a go to!
