Outstanding customer service compared to the garbage on Ruben Torres. (See my review on that location). Jaime (who’s only just started working there) and Lexi both were extremely polite and thorough. I appreciate the customer service they gave my family and I. It’s a rare thing in Brownsville.
I want to say that i appreciate this store for providing Great Service to my parents. They were not familiar with the process of ordering through the app and picking up. Spoke to Fabian to kind of cater to them, so they could be encourage to continue to order when they wanted Subway. Thank you for being so professional.
Staff friendly, work together, helped each other. Hardly any people around, we dine in. But the only thing our subs did have much vegs like in Alamo subway. But it was still good. Come on your own risk!

Had a delicious rotisserie chicken 6 inch sandwich... I stayed there for an hour or 2... Really nice environment... That's when i noticed... THE MEATBALL MARINARA SANDWICH FOOT LONG WAS ONLY 5$... I screamed in Joy, to my disappointment only a few employee politely ignored me... Yes I admit, I BOUGHT A SECOND SANDWICH CAUSE WHY NOT! STOP JUDGING AND COME AND GET YOUR DELICIOUS SUB!
This was the cleanest subway I've ever been to. Food tasted delicious and everything was on point. I normally never see this type of work, like seriously give these girls a raise. They got this place in sky right now.
The service at this location has always been wonderful. It's very important to not only have fresh product but also good tasting beverages. The sweet tea is always amazing and I thank them for that.
