One of my all time favorite places for a special dinner. Service staff are all incredibly friendly and make great recommendations. The food has been consistently excellent and delicious for years. Pork three ways is never boring. Bone marrow as a side was luscious and amazing. Cocktails are created with loving care and desserts are perfect ways to end the meal.

The service and the food were excellent. My wife and I have been several times at the bar for the burgers. (Get in line at least a half an hour before they open, it's worth the wait as their are only 18 a night and they will sell out in short order.) This time we ventured to the other side of the restaurant for the 5 course tasting menu, everything was beautifully prepared and served at the height of the plate's preparedness. I can't wait to go back and enjoy the service and the atmosphere. Best dining this side of Paris.

Exceptional as always! This is one of our favorite restaurants and my first time having one of their famous burgers! It's quite an experience seeing that there are only 18 made each night. We sat at the bar this time and will do so from now on! Ben and his crew could not have been nicer and was so much fun chatting with him/them about food and cocktails. For those who have yet to dine here, I highly recommend it! If they still have the Green Gazpacho and the Octopus, get it! The Pork done 3 ways was equally delectable. Pork belly?? Perfection! I also had a taste of the Maine Hiramasa special and it was bursting with flavor and freshness! Compliments to the Chef and his incredible team for ending our week on a high note! ❤️
