Pammy's Cambridge

Where do I start? This place knocked it out of the park. There is nothing about my experience at Pammy's that I did not enjoy. First and foremost, the space itself is beautiful- very warm and comfortable with a hint of chic Parisian flair. The bar and lounge provides patrons with a great place to grab a quick drink or bite, while the dining room is set up to offer either a casual or formal dinner. All the starters we got for the table were excellent (heirloom tomatoes, sweet gem salad, and beet salad). We even opted for another order of tomatoes because of how tasty they were! The table split the linguine with clams as well as the bolognese- both of which I would 100% order again. Entrees didn't disappoint either. My wagyu beef was cooked perfectly, the red snapper was a surprise favorite, and the chicken was a highlight. Dessert, on the other hand, was next level...chocolate cake and the tostada were delicious yet unique, but the affogato stole the show. Might be the best I've ever had. If you like affogato, this place is for you. If you don't like affogato, this place will change that. Presentation of meals was pristine, timing of food could not have been better, and the staff was very professional. The sommelier was a walking wine dictionary and helped us select a fantastic rosé. No one at Pammy's was too invasive or bothersome, but when we needed something it was right there. Looking forward to many future meals at Pammy's!

Had a spectacular meal. Started with the octopus and pollenta. I've had octopus that ends up being chewy, but this was cooked perfectly. The Foi Gras Torchon was also amazing. The meal was anchored by the chicken dish, which was one of the best chicken entrees I've had. Decor and drinks are standouts as well. I'm a big Negroni fan, and the menu features three riffs on this classic drink, including a negroni on draft. The Amaro section of the desert menu is also really solid (I went with Brauilo). Oh, and the deserts. I highly recommend the honey ice cream. Spot on.
