Great atmosphere!! Employees were extremelly welcoming, it felt like having dinner at the table with the family. The restaurant itself has a great idea on having their guests sharing short-term and long-term dreams, and encouraging them to put the same effort from working on achieving goals into leaving a clean bowl at the end of their meal. Keep in mind they are a cash-only establishment, and they don't accept tips. Instead, they encourage their customers to donate money towards helping someone achieve their dreams. I went there with a group of 4. As the place itself only accomodates 18 people at a time, there was a long line outside, and we have to wait on a 30-degree weather. But it is totally worth it! Just don't be like us, and make sure you're wearing extra warm clothing and you'll be fine! Haha Edited: Here I am complimenting the place and forgetting about the food! LOL I've been around a lot of ramen restaurants, on searching the perfect balance of flavors. Yume Wo Katare is on my top 3 of best pork belly selection, the broth was good, as well as the noodles. Love the fact they put lots of garlic in it! (They ask before plating if you'd like garlic) Only thing I missed was the marinated boiled egg to be the "cherry on top".

Amazing experience. I got the large bowl of ramen with the 5 piece of meat. The broth, noodles, and meat were excellent. Since I finished my 1st bowl very quickly in my group the shop gifted me another bowl of noodles. Banged out both bowl and had to be rolled out of the shop. If you have time please wait in line, get super excited and don't be afraid to share your dream!!! <3

This is positively the best ramen I have ever had, across east coast, west coast, Chicago, China, and Japan. I think what's crucial to note is that the quality of the broth and the noodles are very much so unmatched. While the texture and softness of the pork is exquisite, I find that unlike for most dishes I have in any type of cuisine, the meat is not the most savory part of the dish and definitely not the crowning portion of the dish. Rather, the broth is itself the best part of the ramen, which means that the entire noodle portion is delightful. This is simply must have ramen.
