This place is AWESOME during the week--especially the early morning crew. They are always attentive, quick and extremely polite. The weekend crew does not mimic this. They seem to be slower and often times give me a hard time if my on the go order is not in on time, according to their standards--yet the Monday through Friday crew do not have an issue. I often get told that my on the go order should be in earlier so they can have it ready. I have two issues with this. First, the cell signal in this area is quite poor and it takes a while to go through. Second, I'm just curious if they give people who order at the drive thru a hard time, instead of through the app. It is not as if the employees know what they are ordering ahead of time. I really just do not appreciate getting flack for using the app, but not according to their time table. But the majority of the week, this is a great place to get a drink and a snack. The manager/owner is wonderful and really takes pride in what he is doing. Unfortunately, he cannot be there all of the time, which is when these issues tend to occur.

As any dunkin donuts place one has visited, the glazed donuts will forever be wrinkled and not really appetizing. Their sprinkled donuts on the other hand, are great and best of all aren't wrinkled. Thus one in particular is connected to a 'Baskin Robins' ice cream place, which is why this review is 5 stars. Ordering the freshly packed ice cream, you get to see them stuff whatever size cup you ordered to the limit of the cup. Always packed till the lid, so its very much worth it to get some. Theres also the pre-packed ones, but sometimes those get like..... what do you call them? Like, if u have a freezer and kept in an item for too long, the outside of it will get some frost on it. Some of the pre-packed ice cream cups taste like it has a layer of that kind of frost on it. So in my opinion, its best to go for the fresh-packed cups, although the pre-packed frosty add-on isn't that bad if you can get used to the taste. I'd eat whatever I got anyways.
