OMG! Everything was mouth watering amazing!! I have never been a burger person , but I am now! I had the blue burger , Parmesan fries & some other fries with cheese and bacon, then lime custard for dessert.. I really like that they work with local farmers & everything is fresh . The staff was so attentive, always checking on us, Molly the manager was great helping me decide on food and drinks & what pairs well together. The sauce she recommended to go with the Parmesan fries was amazing!! If you have not been to Craft Burger then you are really missing out, I highly recommend it!
The waitress put my burger in front of me and said, "Get ready to enjoy the best burger in your life!" IT WAS!
My boyfriend and I just happened to stumble across Craft Burger just before leaving to go back to Arizona and now we are obsessed but are constantly disappointed that we wake up everyday in Phoenix without a Craft Burger! We debate every weekend on whether or not to just drive to another state just to eat there again.
I would drive all the way to Cali for that burger, drive back to Phoenix and eat it cold when I got there and that burger would STILL be the best burger in all of Arizona.
Great burgers and even better fries. Some of the other burger joints try so hard to make interesting, hipster fries. And they’re usually not so great. These were very simple, and excellent. A little pricy - $29 for two generous burgers, a bowl of fries and a ginger ale - but this place is a good choice if you have a craving for a big, tasty burger. We also tried their custard, which was very good as well.
First time in Carlsbad and we were hungry for a good burger. Saw some good reviews and decided to try it . So glad we did! We chose the Bleu craft with added mushrooms and the BBQ craft burgers, both cooked medium, along with the Late Night Fries. Seriously good food. Tasted so fresh and the meat was quality ! And those fries, delicious ! Even when we were full , we could not stop with those fries! The people working were awesome . Highly recommend!
The burgers are a great size. Since they are pretty large they can get a bit dry. Make sure you order some extra sauce of your choicing on the side. Overall though the burgers have great flavor.
Small joint right in the heart of the quaint and hip downtown Carlsbad area. Order first then sit and wait for food to come. Not a very big menu to pick from. We ordered the Cali burger, French fires and the Perry pear Ale. The burger is much smaller than I hoped (coming from Texas that is) but it is made to order. It was really good but it was a little hard to eat because it is a small plump patty which tried to slip out of bun during each bite. The patty itself was very tasty. The Ale was really good if you enjoy a light fruity Ale like I do. Overall I thought it was a pretty good experience.
This was the best burger I have ever had. The service was outstanding. The gentlemen was accommodating per my dietary restrictions and even made recommendations. The food was fresh and dressed nicely on the plate. The environment was clean and decorated well.

Off the charts delicious! Food and beverage. VEGETABLES are delicious and worth the price....BUT be careful when ordering portabella mushrooms @ $7.50 a unexpected POp. LOL.
Brilliant burgers: we had the blue cheese burger and the bbq burger with an order of late night fries. Great quality of ingredients made for a delicious meal! You order your burger separately from your fries so keep that in mind. Also features beer, wine, and local kombucha. Definitely worth finding!
Excellent burgers! Not cheap, more on the side of a restaurant or a bar. Good size, excellent service.
