This is family owned business that serves up love. The food is top quality and served with a gracious smile. We spent $22 for lunch and were stuffed. The sign says open from 10:30 am till we run out, which is a good indication of how popular this place is. We arrived at lunch and there were already a few people waiting in line. The food will not disappoint and you will be supporting a great local business. Eat here, you won’t be sorry. PS this is a takeout only window. Enjoy!
Bit smaller rolls but authentic and freshly made sushi. Parking could be an issue but other than that everything about the place is awesome.
I spoke to manager in Japanese and it turned out he is very humble and kind.

Simply the best. Been coming here for years and years, food never disappoints and the value is insane! Some of the highest quality, delicious food you can buy in San Diego for $9. It can't be beat.
Come within two hours of opening or they might not have any food left! Cash only but there's a Chase bank just a few blocks down the road if you need it. It's a walk-up window only, so take your food to a bench nearby, the beach, or stuff your face in the car like heathens (this is what we do).

Without a doubt some of the best, if not the best sushi in San Diego. The quality consistently is outstanding. Their version of a tuna poke bowl is the best I've ever had anywhere.
