I was already a HUGE fan of their breads, now I'm also a HUGE fan of their croissants! I bought one somewhere else this morning and regretted my decision while tearing the first piece off. I regretted it even more after the first bite. Prager Brother's croissants have the most perfect light crispy outer shell, pillowy soft center, and best buttery flavor i've ever experienced!
We are so lucky to have Prager Brothers in our neighborhood! A true gem, the taste and texture of their breads and pastries are unrivaled.
Ok, so I was just lucky enough to have a cinnamon roll brought home to me from these guys. It’s almost the best cinnamon roll of my life. Just one problem. The icing. ITS AMAZING. So amazing I’d go buy a vat of it if I could. The problem devastatingly, is that it wasn’t smothered as generously as I would have liked.
But seriously, this cinnamon roll was a piece of art. A freaking delicious piece of art.
We took a detour on our way to the beach to try this new to us Bakery. The breads are beautifully crafted and my favorite are all the sourdough products.
Prager brothers know the art of excellent bread with european style crust. They also make crispy, flakey, flavorful croissants and danishes; the way that they are supposed to be!
Friendly family-owned bakery that produces a delicious variety of breads, rolls, pastries, pretzels and cookies.
This is the ‘Mothership’ location and it’s hard to find in an industrial park area. Their baked goods are found in farmers markets -like Little Italy Mercado - as well as coffee shops - like Bird Rock Coffee.
Their kamut salted shortbreads are Super addictive and standouts! So are the ciabattas rolls.
They use a variety of grains and have some gluten free options. Combinations are old-world style with lots of texture and flavor.
At this location you can buy yummy sandwiches and whole cakes while watching the bakers create in their open bakery.
Great Artisan Breads, fruit galettes, croissants, scones and all sorts of light & flaky baked goods that'll put a smile on your face. This place is a keeper. Sad they took their fresh brewed coffee off the menu, though.
fANTASTIC IS ALL i CAN SAY!! THER BREADS ARE SUPERB. i THOUGHT i WAS BACK IN EUROPE. jUST THE FACT THAT IT TASTES INCREDIBLE AND EVERYTHING IS FRESH AND ORGANIC IS WONDERFUL. I LOVE THE SCONES, THE CROISSANTS AND THE ALMOND CROISSANT WITH THE ALMOND FILLING. I LOVE THE WHOLE GRAIN SOURDOUGH BREADS. tHE OLIVE FLATBREAD IS GREAT WHEN FRIENDS COME OVER. THE SANDWICHES ARE FRESHLY MADE AND DELICIOUS. MY FAVORITE IS THE VEGGY. i HAVE NOT TRIED THE PUMPKIN BREAD AND THE FIG WALNUT BAR. BUT THEY ARE ON MY LIST. ALSO ON MY LIST ARE THE CRANBERRY PECAN BREAD, APPLE CHEDDAR SCONES AND THE GINGERBREAD LOAF. CN'T WAI TO GO BACK.
They have the best almond croissant. Wish they would do their sandwiches before 9:30am.
