Can’t claim I’m fully qualified to rate ramen, but the staff was extremely friendly, our food was ready on time, and everything was pretty good. We had the Tokyo Shoyu and the Veggie Medley. We also added orders of Takoyaki and Gyoza.
The Ramen is my favorite here in North County as well as the beef bowl. I would highly recommend it.
I have had authentic ramen many times. I have been to Tokyo where it really doesn’t get any more authentic ... Ramen Factory is not overly authentic. But it is REALLY good. Some reviewers state they had poor service. The service we got was just fine. Some patrons just can’t be pleased. We were there on a Saturday night and it was busy. But we had no problems, only a really tasty meal! Looking forward to Ramen Factory next time we’re in Carlsbad!
I'm a regular for the happy hour and always enjoy eating on the patio. The regular Ramen menu is a good value with a build your own bowl concept. Fresh ingredients, with a good variety. I've always had great experiences with the staff at this location.
Really cute and quaint spot! Tables are placed real close to each other, so you'll be getting to know your neighbor.
I absolutely loved my dish. The shredded duck thai curry noodles was amazing. I asked for it to be extra spicy, and it was just moderately spicy to me. I definitely recommend asking for extra spicy if you're basically immune to spice like me.
