So where my college peeps at? For those of you who lived in a dorm, remember how great it was to have someone else prepare you 3 squares a day? Well, do you also remember how sweet it was to “cheat” and scrape together enough loose change (and likely at least a little lint 😉) so that you could splurge on a pizza somewhere near campus? Well @crustpizzeriacarlsbad brings me right back to that point in my life. Their pizza offers a splendid combo of fresh ingredients and grease. Yes, grease. Some of you know exactly what I’m talking about. The addition of pepperoni on a pizza requires a minimum amount of grease in order for it to be deemed legit. But don’t worry, it’s the kind of grease that’s good for you. Just like having “good cholesterol”, or when something is “awful good”, or when you experience a “deafening silence.” Tip to the wise: don’t leave this place without experiencing some road rash. Relax people, “Road Rash” is a dessert option here who’s DNA allegedly traces its roots back to the famed marriage of a churro and a beneigh (not true). Now if I could just manage to payoff my student loans. 🤦♂️

We have been getting your Kelly pizza since you opened up. Best pizza ever have never been disappointed. Your staff taking our orders over the years has been exceptional. So friendly. Now we have been also adding the chicken wings. Just another level of goodness. Keep up the good work👍😍
First time trying this place near where I live.
It was pretty good! The salad was very tasty. I ordered the chopped chicken salad and it was nicely made, with great flavor. I also ordered the bruschetta special appetizer - it didn’t have amazing flavor but it was definitely good enough for the special price. I got my son a 10” pizza with pepperoni - the sauce was good! The pepperoni was good quality and overall everything tasted good. I left full and happy. Thanks Crust - I’ll be back.
Love this place. Both the Cesar and House Salads are great. The complimentary Focaccia Bread with Marinara Sauce went wonderfully with the Votre Pinot Noir. The Meatball and Onion Pizza was delicious. We keep coming back here for the amazing food!
Favorite pizza place, excellent quality and execution. Make sure the owner (Charlie Meola) isn’t around to make ur pizza he’ll burn it.
First time here tonight. We wanted to Celebrate my daughter's birthday so decided to give this place a try. Couldn't have chosen a better place. We ordered wings, pizza, and pastas. My wife got the big sexy one it was so good. I had the Kelley pizza pretty good. The wings were perfectly cooked and just the right amount of sauce. Besides the food being delicious the staff went above and beyond. They were so friendly and courteous. We had just about the whole Crew drop by our table to check on us. 1/22/21 who ever worked tonight you guys rocked. My family had such a good time and your Customer service is 110%! Will definitely be back. It's hard to find people that actually love their job now a days!
