I took my kids for a bit of food and fun. The food delivered on the adult menu but the kids cheese burger and fries was a dud. We played a few games and had a great time though. Games are up to date and facilities are keeper up nicely.
So fun with friends. Wish it was open right now.
The drinks are yummy. Loved playing all the games. Made me feel like a kid again. Best first date location if you ask me.
We came at a perfect time. The bar was pretty empty... So, service was great!!! Even sitting in the dining area the staff is attentive, courteous, and quick to bring additional condiments and drinks.
I’ve been going to D&Bs ever since I turned 21, for the drinking of course, and not this d&bs but many others. I was glad one came to Carlsbad. We stopped in here before eating dinner so we can grab some drinks- they have half of Thursday’s. All the d&bs are the same. The food is at most a 3, drinks have good deals and the games are always fun when you’re drunk. Cool place for adults and I guess kids too.
I love going to this place! They have good food and fun arcade games to play. The only two problems
are the food items are expensive that I have go somewhere else to eat and come back, and the games like Skee Ball and the Monster Drop Extreme are always broke when I come to visit D&B's. But overall, it's one of my favorite places to go!
Great games and the food is excellent as well. My kids enjoyed it and we'd absolutely go again. The staff was very helpful in answering questions about different games and I was greeted by a server promptly when we sat to eat.
This place is a lot of fun. Good atmosphere, large play area. Good food and drinks. We frequent here often. Only thing I wish they would do differently would be to allow adults to use tickets earned in games on beer, food or something more fun. If they would add an adult ticket prize section that would be epic as we often do date nights here and win tickets but you can't use them because it's all kids stuff basically or junk that you wouldn't put in your house. Don't get me wrong, for kids this is a good prize zone, better then most. But play consider putting alcohol vouchers or discount coupons for food, or free appetizer, or movie tickets as prizes. It would go over very well and motivate us to spend more money on ticket games. Because who doesn't like winning tickets. So help us spend em already :) be unique!!!!
