I’ve tried a handful of yoga studios in North County and Mantra is my favourite. It is mostly hot classes than but I have tried the yin class which is awesome as well as warm vinyasa and even yoga sculpt. I love all the instructors and the people that go are very chill and nice.
Beautiful yoga studio! I am just trying my first week of yoga here and I really love the studio. Great instructors that each have their own style (they don't have to follow a strict standard routine) which allows for more creativity and fun. The showers and locker rooms are clean with shampoo conditioner and good smelling soap. Location is convenient too right by the 5 with plenty of parking. I would highly recommend trying Mantra!~

I am always greeted very well, classes are on time, and lockers & showers are provided free of charge. I've tried a few different instructors with no regrets.
It's all about the people you hire, train, and support in their unique efforts to encourage your mantra. I've only met a few, but the smiles, affirmations, and hugs mean so much. You may never know what's happening in a person's life each day, so be that light for each and every person every day... because you will also never know how much it could mean at that very moment. ❤❤❤
Wow. What can I say about Mantra Yoga? It's a bubble of pure yoga love. You feel it as soon as you walk in - from the cleanliness and decor to the wonderful people that work there. The variety in classes is great. There are always enough props. Heated classes end with a refreshing ice cold towel dipped in soothing lavender essential oil. Can you begin to see why this place might be the best kept yoga secret? The only request I have - which would make it a five star - is for more 7pm classes, and even some later class options as well. Some times work finishes late and I would really like the option of yoga after a long hard day. In all other areas Mantra Yoga excels. Best yoga studio in Carlsbad area that I've found. Most importantly, the quality of the instruction is excellent. They have a good mix of teachers (male/female) with different views and strengths, but all are great. Other pros: two separate rooms allows provides more schedule options; clean locker room with showers that you would actually want to use; and juice bar with smoothies and acai bowls.
I took the Mantra 20 days for $20 introductory challenge about a year ago. Having been a living room DVD yogi for years I was encouraged by a friend to try studio classes at Mantra. I sampled a variety of the classes in 18/20 days and couldn't have been more impressed. Mantra's yoga teachers are great and their feedback helped me where Rodney Yee and other DVD instructors couldn't.
Mantra's juice bar also offers a number of crave worthy and healthful delights.
I travel for work and was warmly welcomed back after having been away for months. Getting back into practice and working toward progression is a pleasure in this environment and around these positive people.

LOVE love love everything about the studio. Teachers are great, classes are challenging, schedule options are perfect, LOVE the towels at the end of class... I can't say enough good things. I haven't had any of the juices or smoothies yet but I can say that it's existence inside the studio makes it feel and smell clean and fresh
When I first walk in, I appreciate the warm and welcoming smiles. Everyone is very friendly and I seem to find myself not wanting to leave. The instructors are experienced and help me work up a nice sweat and feel very refreshed by the end of each class. I just love mantra!
