I have been a customer for many, many years....we go way back to the 70's.....The food on the menu was awesome then .....and has not changed .....This is the most authentic mexican food in the entire southeastern part of the great state of New Mexico....!!!! The margarita's are flowing like the fountain of youth....the Tecate beer is ice cold .....and the tacos, enchiladas and burritos are like abuelita used to make.......The staff is the best....
If your in town.....Don't miss the opportunity to have the best mexican expierience around.....VIVA LUCY'S....!!!!!
Came in for late lunch, early dinner. Food was on point and plentiful. Everything that was recommended was great. Drinks were refreshing and tasty!
The wait to be seated was unexpectedly quick however the wait between placing our order and being served our meals was nearly an hour. Can’t say they were extra busy. Food and drinks were good nothing to write home about but I will go back.
Visiting 7 days for work, first night here the group went to Lucy’s. Got the Santa Fe chicken, it was delicious although the portion of chicken was a bit small, 1 piece, but I didn’t leave hungry. Today (3 days later, and I went back) I got a chicken quesadilla and it could be the best chicken quesadilla I’ve ever had, and it’s a big portion. The medium heat chili adds a nice flavor and heat without being overbearing.
Lucy's nachos NEVER disappoint.... affordable and also a lot for your money. I love the atmosphere and the way it is decorated. 130pm is the best time to go to miss the crowd.
