Delicious food with big portions and ready fast. Loved the BBQ chicken. Very moist and flavorful!
I was very surprised to learn that this place had been in this location for more than 9 years. I have lived in the neighborhood for 18 years and never noticed it. I decided to give it a try today and was I pleasantly surprised. El Pollo Feliz is not your run of the mill Taco shop. They specialize in grilled bone in chicken that really is exceptional. Their food is extremely high quality, inexpensive, and packed with flavors. They are so good because they are unique. They have many Mexican food favorites on the menu like enchiladas, tacos and tamales but their real specialty is their grilled chicken or their Mole. Their Mole looked delicious although I didn't try it.
I will definitely be returning. They did forget it put my tortillas in the to go bag so that was a bit annoying, luckily I had some at home. Just make sure you check your order before walking out the door. Otherwise this place is top notch.

I came here for ice cream for a treat for my kids after school. I have seen this place for years but had never stopped. The man who waited on us was amazingly sweet and very attentive. The price is very low. We got two huge waffle cones for 2 bucks each. I ended up getting chicken tacos which were bomb! I asked about the wings which was the daily special and he let me sample them. We all left full for under 15 bucks (me and three boys). This is our new spot!
