Great atmosphere, tasty beer, attentive service, food not bad but not the highlight of our dinner. Burger was boring tasting, buffalo chicken wrap was nice and spicy but lacked filling…it was truly all chicken and wrap, and tasted one dimensional. Both IPAs I had were of the American (not hazy) style and excellent. The Hefe was also very good. Brie app very tasty. Waiter mixed up the order twice, but attentive and nice. The live music was a quartet jazzy band and awesome.
Vecino Brewing hosted the 'welcome drinks' evening on June 3rd for our daughter's wedding at the Barn at Valhalla. We had a packed house of guests inside and outside, but the selections and service could not have been more accommodating to our large party! A special thank you to the staff who worked diligently that evening. I highly recommend this wonderful business.
My first time enjoying Vecino Brewing Co. Quite impressive facility. Each staff member I spoke to was patient, polite, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. They offered a tasty variety of brews with a nice list of beer foods. Our group was there to celebrate the advancement of one of our loved members. 15-20 participant's all ordering rounds of drink and food. The Vecino crew never loss a beat. No mix-ups, loss credit cards, or issues. We will be back. Thank you, VECINO!
My partner and I have frequented this brewery for years, so it was our first choice for our rehearsal dinner spot when getting married and they were terrific! From coordinating and scheduling the dinner and drinks with Monica, to getting the menu refined with Chef Ben our experience could not have been easier. The night of the dinner we were pleasantly greeted by not only our designated server but all the bartending staff as well as Chef Ben himself. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food and drink options were. We would highly recommend them for any group event and will continue to frequent them for more great times in the future!
What is there not to say about Vecino?! The food? Phenomenal! The beer? Next level! The staff? The best I have ever encountered! Definitely a MUST visit brewery if you are in the Carrboro area.
I have been to this Brewery three times and absolutely love the staff they are very friendly and the service is excellent. I loved the beer and the food is good. Although this last time I ordered nachos these were very simple I wish they could put more effort in increasing the level of quality of the food. My fav choice of beer was the "Over the Moon" and a one I love and it was recommended by the friendly staff
Always a great experience. My girlfriend loves the selection of beers and they always have a cider or sour I can enjoy as someone who doesn’t love the truly beer-y tasting beers. The atmosphere is great, the employees are awesome and the space and live music days are perfect. Couldn’t recommend more!
I’ve been to Vecino several times, and have been so consistently impressed with the service of the employees, and their excellent selection of beers (I’d recommend the Tea Time or Volta do Mar). The bartenders are super knowledgeable and friendly and had no problem fielding my questions about the beers. When I went Sunday night, they had live music which was very good, and I got the beer and bratwurst special. It’s a relaxed environment and everyone was wearing their masks.
