The hamburgers design, variety and taste are amazing. That's why I give them 5 stars, however this location is in really bad need of someone who cares. When I first had a burger there I was hooked. It was delicious, but on 3 other visits we got the lettuce wrapped burger and the lettuce was brown, hastily arranged and utterly disgusting. Obviously the people that work here care less about quality as they show it in their empathetic customer service. Such a shame, honestly my family would have been a weekly customer for life, but the service and lack of quality of preparation ruined it. They could offer me burgers for life, but serve me brown lettuce poorly wrapped around my expensive burger and I'll never return. Such a shame, Its such a good idea, just bad management.
