Stopped in for lunch and had the Tacos de la Americana with chicken. They were fantastic! A must for authentic Mexican cuisine. Had the Churros for dessert and they were equally awesome. Give it a try.
Teriffic. This is a wonderful addition to South Denver. The mole was rich and complex, the Suizas enchiladas smooth and tangy. The steak Mexicano, however, sang like a rock-star. Not real sure what they have going with the margaritas as these are not much to talk about, but the beers on tap rivals or exceeds most sports bars--there are maybe 20 beers from all over gracing the bar. Good place. Winner.
I had a medium margarita that was huge!! So yummy! My friend enjoyed the skinny margarita. We both got tacos as well that were very tasty!
Perfect spot to pull up for some big drinks and platos for cheap. We hit this spot often when we need that cheesy greasy goodness. We sit at the bar and the service be straight 100! 5 star banger for us no doubt!
Amazing!! We’ve never been to this location before but have enjoyed the one in Denver so we gave it a shot. They got us a table in less than 10 minutes and the food came quicker than I’ve seen appetizers at other restaurants. The portions were big and the service was great! Loved all of it. Thank you all Tapatio. We will see you again soon
I eat here 3 to 4 times a week. I love everything on the menu. There margaritas are on point! The bar tender Luis is the best! The staff is friendly and service is impeccable! Best Mexican food ever!
This restaurant earned a place at the top of my favorites list! Highly recommend the margaritas and you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Tip your servers, they are absolutely fantastic!
The food was very good. Nice place to take your family and friends for some good food.
Now don't mix up El Tapatio with the restaurant on the side of the hotel. It sits in front off of Arapahoe.
We moved away from this area around 6 years ago and hadn't been back until this evening. The service was great, food was as good as we remembered and my wife highly recommends the "House Margaritas" Check them out if you are in the area.
