Traveled from Maine and this was my first stop. Gotta have my bagel.
Ran in here to grab a bagel sammich for a friend. The staff, two young women that I saw, we're both very friendly but one seemed to be new, like she wasn't sure how to ring up my order. Aside from the fact that the dining area needed a good cleaning the experience wasn't bad at all.
Always fast and friendly. There's usually a line when we go, but it always moves quick.
Great customer service. Bagel breakfast sandwiches are delicious with interesting combinations.The bagels are always fresh and not too hard to chew. The coffee is great and they now have specialty coffees from Caribou Coffee. This is a good choice between fast-food and full service breakfast.
Sara made mine and my daughters day with her upbeat welcoming attitude! Our order was ready effortlessly fast, and the coffee was on point. Amazing staff alone will be why we go back to this specif EB , the clean inside and fresh food comes in close second!
Staff was very friendly and helpful, and bagels are delicious. My drink order was wrong, but it wasn't busy so they made me a new one right away. Also, I bought the little bagel bites and the guy offered to heat them up in a way that worked better than their standard, so we felt very taken care of here.
I got to this location on the weekends. A couple of weeks ago, on 7/22, I went in and ordered two bagels with eggs and avocados, along with a couple of other things. When I went home, they forgot the eggs and the avocados that I added to my order. Bagels were still great! I called and informed them and they said the next time I came in, they would remake the order. I went back on 7/28, and they did just that at no charge. I was very happy and thankful that they were willing to make it right for me. That experience wasn't the best, but people make mistakes and towards the end of a shift, you probably just want to go home. Thanks again for making it right to all the women at Einstein Bagels both of those days!!
This is the best Einstein bagels location I have ever been too hands down. Staff if very friendly and efficient, at times it can be a long wait but with the number of staff they have it is impressive that they can still make orders so quickly and accurately. I don't tip everywhere I go but this crew deserves it every time I go.
