Fantastic authentic Vietnamese food, the Pho was terrific. Well maintained, clean, family run restaurant.
Interior is neat and clean. We ordered spicy beef noodle soups and salted lemmonade here. The lemmonade is really good. Long waiting time, even when there were only few customers. Noodle smell authentic, and tasted great. Meat is tender and easy to consume. This is quite decent restaurant.
4/5!
Decided to try this place out with a friend on a nice cold day that called for some soup.
The Food: I went with my go to Pho pick, a large bowl of Pho Tai Nam. I was also kind of hungry, so I had to pair the bowl of Pho with a crispy spring roll (Cha Gio). For the Pho, the broth was rich in flavor by itself and adding some fresh basil and bean sprouts added a nice balance to the bowl. The meat quality was okay, I've had better quality meat but it was still tasteful. A very good bowl of Pho nonetheless.
The Service: The service was great! We were seated almost immediately as there were plenty of seating in the restaurant. Our orders came out in a timely manner as well.
The Atmosphere: There was plenty of seating here and the place was clean!
Overall, a 4/5! Definitely a recommended spot for Pho in the area.
This is the best Pho spot around. Usually, they are not too busy, and the food comes out quickly. They have the best broth out of all of the places that I've been.
I love beef noodle soup with his special homemade chili, wow...So delicious!
A simple menu that justifies the name of the restaurant which focuses only on pho with a great taste. We ordered the chicken noodle soup with their sate sauce. We got the food in less than 5 minutes. The broth was flavorful and tasty and their sate sauce has a really nice spice kick. You have few options on the menu if you’re a chicken lover.
So This is Pho? Number 1 son is a big php fan so we tried this place on a Sunday afternoon. The place was clean. Service prompt and friendly. Food servings large. I had a Hot and Spicy Beef. Spouse ordered chicken. The food was ok. Not bad but not remarkable enough to bring me back. $35 for three bowls of soup seems a bit much. If someone visiting really wanted pho, I would take them. But I wont be going back on my own. UPDATE FEB 2021: Service and dining area still very good. I spent some time researching the menu and VN food so I was better prepared to make better choices. Result was a much better lunch. Now if they could improve parking....
Visited with a friend for lunch wanting something warm that would hit the spot on the briskly first day of Winter, and naturally phở fit the bill.
We came during lunch and with plenty of open seating we were able to quickly be seated and order. The ordering process was fairly painless (bonus points for letting us order in Vietnamese). I ordered the Phở Tai Chin along with a teapot of the Jasmine Tea to share.
A solid bowl of phở for sure. Meat was a bit more done than I would've liked (might've just been me taking me time eating), but nothing offensive enough to raise a big stink about. Far from the best in the area but does the job in a pinch. I haven't tried that many of the other locations in the Chantilly/Centreville area but hope to eventually to compare.
Delicious pho! Soup is flavorful, noodles al dente, and the meat is good quality compared to a lot of other places. Unsweetened jasmine tea is also very good. Small bowl is a true small, not a regular size, so if you usually order a regular bowl, order large.
A large #13 was spot on, the perfect dine-in pick me up on a cold winter’s day, with succulent fatty brisket and round eye steak, and extra jalapeños. My pho was mid $12 (Jan 2022) and they do accept cards. I would definitely return.
