The new location is fantastic! So glad this is closer to my home, and love the new setup. Did is fresh and on point. Everyone should visit!!
Place deserves a 4.5, this place offers a full sauce bar and AYCE meat/sides. Seems confusing at first but the servers make it really easy to understand and clear. Picking your soup really makes or breaks the meal so if you don’t like your soup they have a little extra charge to change soup. They offer so many things when you first start, id definitely recommend the dumplings and rice cakes. Everything was super good id recommend coming a couple times to really get the full experience without stuffing yourself out.
I have been to Hot Spot Chantilly many times but have been exceptionally impressed during my last visit on my birthday. Jenifer, our server, promptly took our drink orders and thoroughly explained how everything worked for my aunt and uncle who have never experienced a hot pot style restaurant. She was super helpful and attentive the entire time, even checking up on water after we have paid. They have an amazing sauce bar where you can build your customized dipping sauce from a plethora of ingredients to be your sidekick during dinner. Food came out quickly and was delicious as always! My favorite menu items are fatty brisket, enoki mushrooms, bok choy, and the seafood options that also doubles as a flavor enhancer for the broth over time.
Hestia, the manager, also took care of me every time I went as well, making sure that the dining experience is nothing short of amazing! Definitely my favorite hot pot restaurant in the area - must try!!
Tonight was my first time at Hot Spot and I have to say that it was a overall 5/5 experience. I went alone, so I asked to sit at the bar. Once I seated myself at the bar, a lovely server named Kara took my order. I am not very experienced with Hot Pot, however, Kara was very helpful in assisting me to select the type of Hot Pot I thought I would like on the menu. After selecting order, my food was out within minutes. I also ordered a season drink called the "Grinch" and it was wonderful. Kara was very attentive and my glass was never empty "I drink a lot of water when I eat". Thanks to Hot Spot and Kara, my first Hot Pot experience was excellent. I highly recommend!
Hot spot was great, one of us dropped a chopstick on the floor and within 15 seconds, our waiter was at our table ready with a new pair of chopsticks. Food was unlimited, very fresh, and delicious
hot spot is the perfect place to come when it’s cold outside. the food came out so fast and esther, our server, checked up on us so many times to refill our drinks and ask us if we wanted to order more food! we never had to wait for her and her service was truly part of the experience at hot spot. will come back! thanks esther!!

Absolutely love this place. Got a friendly welcome from the hostess upon arrival and was given the option to sit either at the bar or a regular table. The server was attentive and very nice to us. I appreciated her bringing us everything we ask for (napkins, water refills, drinks, etc) in a timely manner. I was wearing white that day and asked for extra napkins to not get any on my shirt but the manager brought me a small apron as well. Excellent service overall. The food did not disappoint as well. While you wait for your broth and meats to come out, you get directed to the sauce bar to make whatever sauce you like. Very well kept, clean, stocked and each item/ingredient was labeled. Usually AYCE places lack in quality when it comes to the meat/seafood but this place has everything fresh and ready to be served. I especially enjoyed the little mini dumplings they have. There's a time limit in which you can eat, but it's ample enough for you to get your hot pot fix. I honestly get full within 30 minutes because they keep bringing you food! Couldn't stop eating no matter how full I got. Next time I come back, I'm definitely coming on an empty stomach!
Been coming for years, always wonderful! They recently added blue crab to already extensive menu, server Nate was amazing 👍(There is not much food in the picture because I ate it all before remembering to)
This was my first hot pot experience in the nova area, and I gotta say it’s the best hot pot I’ve had in a while. Our server Joon was very quick and nice in taking our orders and bringing out our food. The meat was good quality and the broth was seasoned just right. Def recommend going with friends/family for a nice full meal.
I visited with a friend and really enjoyed my meal here. I usually don’t like hot pot, but our server Joon made the experience super enjoyable and fun. The broth and the meat were both good. Will definitely come back!!
Excellent, spicy, tasty, and fresh! We got the family style hot pot with two different broths, Szechuan, and Tom yum. All kinds of meat, vegetable, and other options. You just have to order a few at a time and there is a 2-hour dining limitand there is a 2-hour dining limit. They also have a sauce bar. If they added Korean barbecue, it would be even better!
