They were efficient and exact on getting my order correct. While busy, you could see how well the staff worked together. The food was made well and my family was happy with the results.
It feels a little odd to set 5 stars for a take out pizza counter, but everything was clean and orderly while they were in a heavy volume time. They handed me my pizza and made eye contact, instead of plopping it on the counter - that was nice.
Quick service! Ordered carryout and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. Delicious stuffed crust pizza. Wings could be better; they weren't crispy but the flavor was good.
I think people give this place a bad rap. I ordered on a Friday night even after reading these reviews. The wait time was 60+ min for pickup which did annoy me initially. I followed the pizza tracker and waited about 45 min. I then drove to the store and it was being made. I saw how many orders they had and even though they seemed to have a full staff it was tough for them to keep up. They were doing the best they could and getting through the massive amounts of orders that kept coming in. The staff was friendly and continually checked the progress of my order until it was done which was maybe another 15 min. The food was hot and properly put together. I felt bad for their delivery folks which can only take so many at a time with orders constantly coming in. I’m not typically ordering delivery anymore because I’m cheap and hate paying that fee that doesn’t go to the driver. I’d definitely order pickup from them again and trust the tracker! It does follow your pizza from creation, to bake, to being ready.
Ok, these guys worked extra fast to get me out with 15 x-large pizzas for the first order of the day which i really appreciate. All the pizzas were perfectly cooked. We loved it, kids loved it too. Thanks a ton
It’s Papa John’s. So it is what it is. This place seems well run though. Never had a problem with my order here. Pizza is always made well.
Solid. Tasted like it should, fast service, great staff.
I called in an order for carryout pizza, using a fundraising card which allowed me buy one get one free, not knowing the one gluten free pizza I ordered was ineligible. When I arrived, I asked about the total cost (seemed high for a bogo deal) and was told the GF pizza was not a part of the offer. I was admittedly frustrated, but the employee explained why calmly. I then asked for an additional (free) pizza that I was allowed with the card/deal. The employee added the extra pizza to the order and prioritized its preparation.
However, what earned this location five stars was the fact one of the employees insisted to carry the seven pizzas I ordered to my car. Excellent service = five stars.
It is so difficult to find dog friendly places. This place is dog friendly. They have a great outdoor patio. The pizza is tasty and service is always good. If you go on Monday, you buy one pie and get the other for $5!
You will not be disappointed!
