I took my 8 and 11 years old kids here on a Wednesday. It's a 2 hour hike for us, but we were already in the area. We arrived before the 11am opening and found they were already open. We each ordered the all you can eat buffet which was well stocked the whole time we were there. On Wednesdays, the unlimited play for an hour is on sale for $14.99, a great deal! I like the new card system because you can pause the play time to go eat or to take a break. It also makes it so both kids finish at the same time. I also like the fact that the machines still give out tickets whereas other arcades keep the ticket balance on the card. Our overall visit was great, however this location is severely understaffed. There were only 3 people, a manager who is fantastic, an employee who was nice but lacked energy, and a new hire who seemed to shy to do much. There was a huge puddle of water by the soda machine that went undressed and was a hazard. Chuck E. only came out once because the staff was too busy and there was no one to man the cotton candy machine. Also, several machines stopped working while we were there and the maintenance man was too busy to fix them. I do suggest going as soon as they open, as there staff gets overwhelmed the busier it gets. I would visit this location again.
This place is fun. There are lots of games here for children but there are also many games that we adults love. I suggest you get 2 cards. Give one to the kids and use one for yourself to play those fun games like basketball hoops, roll-a-ball and arcade like driving games. Buy a forever cup for the kids and one for yourself so you can have drinks every time you go to any chuck e cheese. You pay once and you can use the cup forever.
It was awesome because we practically had it to ourselves. The associates were spread pretty thin, so the wait time for assistance was longer than usual. However, everyone was very kind. It was a great daddy-daughter day!
Love the unlimited play. Coupons online make it a fairly inexpensive way to play arcade games.
Salad bar is not great....but why would it be at a pizza place?! My bad for ordering it! Kids enjoyed the pizza. It was ok. Don't expect deliciousness and you won't be disappointed! Actually, the second time we went, we had chickfia first.
We had a great time and it was so easy! Everything went off without a hitch and my kids left before we could finish all of our game points after 5 hours of being there. It was awesome and I would suggest chuck e cheese to anyone.
Also the food and cake was great!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't be happier with our visit yesterday. I actually would love to compliment both of the employees that I dealt with. I was there alone, with our 4 grandkids, who are 6 years old, 6, 4 and 9 months. Everyone was very helpful to us and couldn't have been nicer. I wish I'd gotten their names. They deserve a raise!
We have been to this Chuck E. Cheese before, but my son prefers the one on Rivers Ave, but this day I was delivering a Black Panther cupcake cake for a friend for her sons 8th birthday and my son wanted to play. I got coupons off the Internet just for tokens and he played and had a great time.
My kid had a blast and I did too. However, I think that prizes selection should reflect more enviromentaly friendly approaches hence replace plastic made toys with wood/paper made toys.
Great fun for the grand children. I had fun too.
