Absolutely incredible breakfast sandwiches. Hands down best Taylor Ham Egg and Cheese I've ever had. Super friendly staff and nice clean dining room.
By far the best THE&C I've ever had. After hearing all the hype of how good their sandwiches are I had to make the pilgrimage. It was so worth it. The owner, who took my order, is a really nice genuine guy. He also refused to let me tip. As you can see in the photo the sandwich speaks for itself. Anytime I'm in the area (or even 15 min away) with a craving for some Taylor ham I'm stopping in. Not sure I'll ever get to try the rest of the menu 😆
We found out abour Pascarella Bros on tik tok and love pork roll so we had to make the long trip and it didn’t dissapoint! The sandwich was more then you could ever want. Delicious, stuffed, flavorful wow so happy we did this
Went here last week for a couple subs, and they were delicious. Hands down some of the best ones I've ever had. The service was phenomenal, everyone treated me like family. Looking forward to coming back.
HARD TO FIND A DELI LIKE THIS........
This Deli is Amazing Taylor Ham Cheese Sandwich, Chatham NJ I went here for the first time early in the morning. For a breakfast Sandwich, it was the best I ever had. The price was fair and cheap and big Sandwichs. They make excellent cold SUBS as well. And the customer service is very, very nice, friendly and clean business. Not always easy to find a Deli This excellent. I told the manager I will be back very soon
Phenomenal. Was talking about my love for Italian subs and was recommended the “pascarella special” by a coworker. Did not disappoint! Very friendly owners and staff too. Excited to go back to get another special, and try something new!
Great little deli serving one of the best TEC’s I’ve had. The Taylor Ham was grilled beautifully with a bit of crunch on the outside. Cheese was melty and pully. Egg was the perfect amount of runny.

Not only are they an awesome
deli, they have so many gluten-free options! I haven’t had a chicken parm sandwich in a very long time, and it was worth the detour. Pascarella Bros make their gluten-free rolls in house, so this is a unique experience. Many of the menu items can be made gluten-free; they also have a freezer of frozen meals (both gluten-free and non gluten-free, clearly marked). We took home a few frozen meals, gluten-free carrot cake cupcakes (so yummy!), and rice pudding, in addition to the tasty hot sandwiches.
(Pro-tip: ask for a side of marinara for the chicken parmesan sandwich).
As a native New Yorker who holds a high standard for Italian food, I highly recommend stopping by this place if you are in the area! I only wish we lived closer, I’d probably be there every day.
FYI, It looks like they are expanding this location, and opening up an indoor dining area, (in addition to their outdoor patio, stay tuned.
Amazing gluten-free options both in the deli, and in the prepared case, AND frozen pastas etc. I just had a gluten free chicken parm hero, including the bread crumbs. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference from a really well made regular chicken parm which is incredible!
Their staff is kind, quick, and they have quality food. I've been there twice and both times the sandwiches were fatties, I'll be going back often while working in the area.
