The service was outstanding. Front desk staff, valet and restaurant workers were the friendliest I have ever met. Super nice people that really care about their guests. They were also quick to respond for requests for extra towels and toiletries. The valet is super quick. The restaurant service was outstanding. We ate there two nights and the food was hit or miss. Breakfast was pretty good and I recommend their homemade biscuits. I was a bit surprised that there was hardly anybody eating there. It was like a ghost town. And they forgot to clean my room one day. It’s a solid, modern huge hotel which has great potential and the employees are the best.
10/10 recommend and would return in a heartbeat. The rooms are clean and comfy, the on site bars and restaurants are delicious with a good variety, and the customer service is excellent. The front desk manager, Brenden, was incredibly accommodating and made my partner and I feel right at home. An adjustment needed to be made to our reservation, and we were provided with food vouchers that covered our dinner despite being only a minor inconvenience. The Chattanoogan is definitely on our list when we return to Chattanooga!

My friend and I stayed the evening on Easter Sunday while making a cross country trip. After a long day of travel we pulled into The Chattanoogan. In short, our time there brought delight, lovely surprises and delicious respite. The front desk staff person was friendly and professional and went out of her way to let the kitchen staff know that we wanted to dine and request that they keep the kitchen open late just for us. We went to the restaurant and decided to sit at the bar where Landon, the bartender, made us fabulous drinks and took our order. Then the kitchen staff came out with the most delicious food along with a warm Tennessee welcome! Despite our late arrival Jason actually thanked us for being there, treated us like royalty and entertained us. Landon and Jason created a perfect experience. Our beds were comfortable, out room was immaculate and the coffee shop in the lobby was perfection. My friend told me she'd like to plan a weekend trip to Chattanooga just so she can stay there again. I travel quite a bit and haven't had a customer service experience that good in several years.
Spent 3 nights here. Very nice! Clean and well kept, rooms were more spacious than normal. The rooftop bar was nice except for two things, they close at 9pm on weekdays and they have a very limited menu. This hotels food is typical hotel food, mediocre for a high price. Best food is found within a 10 minute walk.
Very well may be the best Hilton I have stayed in for quite a while! Beautiful lobby/room. Triple sheeted beds were so comfortable. Very clean. High end amenities. Lighted makeup mirror! Even the tissue paper was presented nicely. The staff was very nice. In room food service available. Even though I was there less than 24 hours, I would definitely visit again!
Our family enjoyed our overnight stay at The Chattanooga Hilton. The staff were all very pleasant and Amanda went out of her way to obtain information for us. Our rooms were clean, spacious, modern and well taken care of. Plenty of dining and drink options both onsite and near by. Located close to downtown and easy access to the interstate and great views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend and return.
Renovations to the hotel were wonderful! Mel & Tiff at the rooftop bar & restaurant (High Rail) were fantastic! (They were both new employees, but you never would have known it.) Front desk team during check-in and check-out were wonderful as well! Excellent customer service all the way around!
Beautiful hotel with an AMAZING Spa Staff. The valet was super helpful and kind as well. The rooms are very clean and tidy and I love the digital key option through the Hilton Honors App!
The only disappointment was the service at the restaurant during Brunch. We were told there was a new executive chef, but the server refused to make our drinks until after the chef delivered our entrees.
