Overall: outstanding!
The food was fantastic, scratch and highly flavorful recipes, fresh, original, nutritious, and very reasonably priced. Also, clean bathrooms, great service, quaint ambiance. One of my biggest complaints for restaurants these days is overpriced, bland food. Not the case here. The only thing I wish was that there were more yellow deli locations! Please add a location in Nashville!!! Regardless, I will definitely be back.
Decor is Tolkien-esque and there’s a very strange but calming atmosphere inside which I have never experienced before. Coming from the North of England we don’t have anything like this and it was a truly unique experience. The food was good and you could tell a lot of effort went into its ingredients and preparation. Chilli could have done with more kick but nothing a little tobacco (available) can’t fix! Overall an enchanting place.
My group loved it. The atmosphere is really what sets this restaurant apart. I ordered the yellow submarine with hummus instead of the special spread to make it vegan. It was really good! My friend got the veggie burger. It was bigger than he expected. I told the waitress we were in a time crunch and she went out of her way to help us pay as soon as we got our food. We will be back!
