Best spot to get a sub or lunch for that matter. You have a Starbucks and tropical smoothie next door perfect for dessert. They really try hard to make sure you get what you pay for!
Great Jersey Mike's Location. I have eaten at this Jersey Mike's location to many time to count. It's a standard pit stop on my way to Short Pump from Smithfield, VA. I love this location, the service is always fast and friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. My favorite is the "Super Sub", comes with Provolone, Ham, Prosciuttini and Cappacuolo. Add on extra onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo and some S&P. They have great chip selection and I usually get a cold Diet Coke. Though this is a chain, I can recommend this location as good place to eat. Check em out!
The meal experience was as enjoyable as expected. We tried an Italian wrap...it did not disappoint. The wraps were prepared promptly and just the way prefer to have them. We are regular patrons of Jersey Mike's. 100 percent of the experiences are great everytime 😅.
I stop here once a week for lunch. Staff is courteous and professional every time. Walked in there a couple times when they absolutely slammed and they didn't miss a beat. Well managed shop and the food is always fresh.
In past experiences the app(with this location) had been absolute garbage. They did not read the section with "special instructions" even tho they do not have a fully functional app. Usually you can select what toppings/dressings you'd like, not here. You have to put into the "special instructions" section what you want on your hot sub, or not want (grilled onions and peppers). 9/10 times no body reads it. After a while of not visiting, I decided to try again bc it was on my way home. Ordered via app. Food was perfect. Correct toppings on both subs. Even had my banana peppers on the side!

I must've picked the busiest night in the world to order from this Jersey Mike's! LOL! I placed my order online for a giant #17, the Philly Cheese Steak with extra meat...mmmm! I also ordered a #17 bowl c of the same thing with extra meat and cheese! Double yum!!😛😛 Well, the website indicated that my order would be ready in about 30 minutes so I changed clothes and drove on up. I was about 5-7 minutes early, but they were packed!! I looked for the place to check in for pick-up orders, but I didn't see any particular signage indicating such a place, so I just kinda stood there looking pitiful til 1 of the employees asked for my name. He told me that my steaks were just getting ready to go on the grill. I thought, "Good. They'll be good and hot when I get home." Another 20 or so minutes, possibly longer, I finally saw another young man putting my steaks on the grill. After, oh, maybe another 10 minutes, a young lady finally called my name. So, that night was pretty slow service, but the food was really, really fresh! All in all, not bad. Just don't go around 8pm! LOL!!😄
I ordered the giant sub club with added bacon through the mobile app and I must say I wasn’t disappointed. My order was ready when I arrived and I was completely satisfied. I have two complaints which my 1st complaint is that my bread may have been old or sitting out for a while because it was a little hard and and the other not so much complaint but disagreement was that the sandwich cost me $16.80 ($2.50 for bacon). I wouldn’t say it’s worth paying $16 or if I’d purchase the giant again but I can say my sandwich was good and prepared quickly. I ate 2 of the 4 portions and I was full which was a good thing. So overall between the great customer service and the sandwich making me full I give 4 stars but the value definitely is not reasonable.
The staff at this location are so nice and friendly. They were incredibly busy, but did not seemed overwhelmed or annoyed at all (which in most "fast food" places you come across attitude) I even heard one employee compliment his co-worker on how good & quick he was. They really seemed to work as a team & fly through the orders!
