Great place.. AMAZING Service!. Had dinner there the other night. Nicholas (Nick,) was my server. Very attentive, reccomended great food for all of us, and he made us feel like we were relatives! Food came out quick and was delicious! Can not wait to go back! Thank you Nick for the service you gave us!
A favorite for many years; but.... From a Jersey burger (cheeseburger w/ pork roll) to a steak or fancier fare, this has been one of my favorites for almost 20 years. My only complaint -- it's getting too popular! UPDATE: maybe things are going downhill? went recently and service was sub-par and my food was dreadfully overcooked. They took it off the bill - but big deal, because I ate less than half; that's how bad it was. Yes, they offered to cook more, but after having waited too long the first time I wasn't in the mood to wait longer. I hope it was a one-time thing.
Came here last night and had an enjoyable experience. I like the atmosphere of a laid back bar and enjoyed the ambience. Although we did have to wait a good 30+ mins for our appetizers and another 20+ for our entrees, our waiter was excellent and was very quick with the refills. We shared the nachos and the appetizer sampler which definitely provided enough for four people. Both dishes were very good! For my entree I had the cheeseburger deluxe and it was great. Burger was cooked to perfection and really hit the spot. Would definitely return for a casual dinner.
This place is great. We happened to be driving through town, saw this interesting looking place and the parking lot was PACKED! We figured that many people couldn’t be wrong. The building is over 300 years old, and looks amazing. They have a giant menu, and everything we orders was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. I’ll definitely be going back to try more of the menu. Go check this place out, you won’t regret it!
The service at the Chesterfield Inn is excellent. Food choices are many and everything I have ever ordered there was served piping hot and taste was delicious . Beverages alcohol and non - alcohol are top notch. Always a friendly crowd. Highly recommend to both friends and family . Bon appetit!

Been a little while since we've been here but everything was great as usual. Service was excellent, thanks Kira. Three dishes for dinner, simple pork roll sandwich, veal piccata, and pancetta shrimp ans scallops. Ended the night with mint chocolate truffle and dark side od the moon. An excellent evening for all.
I brought my parents and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The food was excellent & our waitress couldn't have been better. My espresso martini 🍸was on point! Thank you!
Great selection of appetizers, sandwiches, and entrees. Good selection of drinks and friendly and professional service too. No complaints whatsoever.

Never had a bad meal here. Soups are the best ! Erin makes the best dirty martinis ever...hands down great behind the bar.
