I hadn't been to La pasadita in over 15 years since we moved from the neighborhood. The prices have definitely gone up from $1.25 taco back in the days but isn't that everywhere. I ordered 3 different kinds of tacos. Once I got them, they did not disappoint. The tacos were filled with meat and very flavorful, my son had rice and just as delicious. Thank you for keeping this place up and open after all the year with authentic Mexican flavor. We will definitely come back more often.
Huge tacos lil pricey but one of the best and so fast with great hours
I don’t know what’s going on here as far as reviews! First of all, I grew up diversy/Ashland I was probably 17 the first time I patronized this establishment. I’m 54 now.
I now live in Edgewater on the lake.
Drive to la pasadita often as in my 36 years of trying steak tacos Every where in Chicago
la Pasadita never disappoints I don’t care what establishments windows are doing or their seating. I don’t care who the owner is. They have kept their authenticity and I don’t know about the green salsa maybe try the black it’s very special. Portions are always great . We always order an extra side of cilantro and onion, because if you want more you must ask for it and pay for it.
As a small business owner myself if I think about them being open 36 years and I’m not sure it could be more hands down. Keep doing your best and I’ll see you soon.!
