Enjoyed drinks and appetizers before a show in the neighborhood, and everything was great! Super chill and relaxed atmosphere, and enjoyed the neighborhood ambiance while sitting at a front table with the windows open to the street and sidewalk. A great cocktail menu, and the brisket nachos and baked goat cheese dip were very good!
The food was delicious. The fish and chips were cooked perfectly. The brisket nachos were a hit, the chips fresh, and the brisket was so tender. 🔥 I truly enjoyed the cocktails and the environment. I will definitely return to try the burnt end tacos 🌮, and the chicken sandwich.
Wait staff was super friendly and attentive! The drink variety is perfect for a restaurant like this and the food was delicious! I enjoyed the music selection they offered as well as the overall atmosphere, definitely a great choice for a quick brunch!
I enjoyed my fried chicken sandwich and the mushroom pizza, though the flavors were not particularly bold. Their brunch mimosa deal is pretty awesome (only $12 for the bottle!!) Service was unfortunately very slow as the restaurant was extremely busy, but our server made an appropriate price adjustment to make up for our wait. The decor was also beautiful. I'd like to come back for dinner - I think the restaurant could earn that fifth star if given another chance.
This place was awesome. Food was great and extremely fresh. Do not sleep on the nachos, usually don’t expect much from this dish but their take on it was awesome! Found the pastas to be really good as well. The portion sizes are massive. We tried the cajun pasta but will be back to try the others. The burger I had was pretty typical but the fries on the side were awesome. Extremely crispy and made fresh. I love the flakey crunchy style of fry and this place does it well. Drinks were also very strong which was a nice plus. Happy hour has well drinks for $6
Nicely appointed, really liked the play-list. Really, really liked it.... Smoove.
Prompt, friendly service. Killer cocktails; very well-balanced.
Tequila wood-fired oysters were very plump, tasty.
Signature chicken good, just way too salty. Ribs very good, fall off the bone, but unless you like a lot of sweet sauce, order sauce on the side.
Coconut cream pie nicely dense, toasty...get it, you won't regret it!
Had brunch at Savannah and had a WONDERFUL experience. Staff was attentive and polite, super friendly and accommodating.
The food was Exceptional, all handmade by Doña Maria in the kitchen, who was hustling with the energy of a much younger person to get all the plates out to her customers, which was a full house. Claudia, our server, was so friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to give us a pleasant experience.
10/10, will come again. Try their Southern Dish(?) picture here. Prices are reasonable and, again, food was exceptional.
Everything tasted delicious! It’s hard to find a good place for kids that won’t break the bank while visiting Chicago. We found this place and the kid menu names had us cracking up. Gave it a try and had a wonderful experience.
Love the new addition to the Bucktown neighborhood. I came in for a couple cocktails and a small meal and it didnt disappoint. Cocktails are excellent, i got the Good & Evil. I really don't like sweet drinks, so was hesitant, but this was the perfect mix and was very satisfied. They have a ton of great happy hour deals and an expansive menu.
Only things i would say to improve- Chicken in the salad could use some improvement (seemed liked canned chicken, instead of freshly grilled/ rotisserie chicken). Also the Chicken Sandwich, while delicious, had a bit too much bun, which took away from the experience. Either use a smaller bun or larger piece of chicken, but regardless it tasted good, and is reasonably priced. All in all, i'd recommend and will come back. Im only being nit picky as i know this spot has had high turn over and want them to stay a while. Welcome to Bucktown :)
Edit came back a second time still excellent. Arugula and mushroom salad was great, liked the cod a lot and oysters were awesome. Cocktails were also great once again tried the old fashioned, very good.
Stopped in for brunch. The food and cocktails were delicious and the seating set up was spacious.
For food I got the steak and mushrooms Benedict. The Hollandaise sauce was delicious and the cheesy potatoes on the side made this a very filling brunch. Wife got the country fried steak and she loved it. Next time it's gonna be hard to pass up on the Benny but all the other menu items looked so good as well.
For drinks I got the bloody which was perfectly smokey. Followed up with the spaghett.
Overall this is a great new spot for the neighborhood and I'm looking forward to trying it out more in the weeks to come.
