The view was absolutely amazing. But it's only open until 11 on a Saturday night. Checked in and hardly had time before heading out to a concert. Stopped by the bar downstairs and it was closed as well. No place to get a drink or even a coke. The food was just very ok. Service was terrible. We went to bar area to order our drinks every time and it was not crowded. Had salami and cheese along with chips. Took an hour and we ordered when it opened at 4. I will go back for the view but not for food.
The city view is among the best I've ever seen, anywhere. The atmosphere was perfect as day gave way to night. Go at dusk to enjoy the full transition from sun light to city night. Loved it.
Great view and atmosphere. The food was very good and the drinks were made perfectly, unfortunately the Lava cake was not molten and it tasted like it was frozen, not fresh. For the price, I was expecting better on that.
This is the best view in Cincinnati at night. You can enjoy adult beverages and see forever. It's good they control access now so.its not too crowded. Wish they served food later, too
This bar was beautiful. Two stories and with great views. Unfortunately, the cocktail selection is a bit limited but they can probably make whatever you'd request. They didn't have certain garnishes like rosemary or flowers that would make a really beautiful or special cocktail. The bar tenders were so so and not overly friendly but I don't fault anyone for that these days. The atmosphere is wonderful though and there is good seating. It can get busy though so arrive at a decent hour. Also the prices are higher than average in my opinion, but it's connected to a hotel so that's expected. Didn't try the food, but it looked really mediocre. Overall, maybe a nice place to start or end the night.
First time visit. I arrived at 5pm when it opened. Chose a seat overlooking the city the weather was perfect. Our server was attentive. The food was tasty. I will definitely go back. There was music playing. It was a fun and festive experience.
A wonderful, engaging dining experience. A perfect location for a rehearsal dinner or special occasion.
Hip and happening place to be. Great food. Fabulous service. We loved the cosmos made with juice, fresh. Handicap accessible ramp to left after you get off the elevator. Easy access for all. Must go at sunset. You can’t beat the view. Courteous service, our order got lost and they comped us a drink. It was so thoughtful. We will be back. The sliders were really good.
Unique experience with live band musics and liquor at 12th floors. View is exquisite. Glad the weather is good and chilling and had good time with friends
We had our family reunion in Cincinnati over the weekend a couple of weeks ago. We stayed at The Phelps. It's a great spot being right across the river from Newport and within walking distance of Great America Ballpark. We reserved the first level of Top of the Park for a family dinner, at night it is a beautiful sight as you can see. When it's open for everyone it's great as well. It's something you should experience when you're visiting Cincinnati. You sing have to stay at the hotel to go to the bar either, check out our whenever you can.
This place was pretty great. The view was amazing and was the perfect spot for a first time city visitor. A small sangria and a can of IPA was nearly $20, so it's definitely a one drink kind of place. We also had to wait to go up due to the capacity limits but fortunately it had just rained so not for long. I would go back, but if I were a local on a budget, it probably wouldn't be my spot at all.
What a view! This place had it all...the food was delicious (I had the Chicken Sliders and my friend a Flat Bread Pizza and there were no complaints from either of us!) We imbibed in some pretty unique adult beverages and the service was outstanding. Did I mention the view?! Breathtaking!
