Bread was fresh, ingredients tasty and service was fast. Coming back and using them for lunches for customers when meetings span meal time. Great job. I'm a fan!
Excellent club sandwich as the honey mustard sauce makes it special. Bread is especially good also.
Pretty good. I went here for lunch today. I got the Italian grinder and thought it was pretty good. Strong tasting sourdough bread, lots of meat and a thin layer of cheese, peppers, and italian dressing. It came out very quickly and was hot and fresh.
The outside is very inconspicuous and if you weren't specifically looking for the place you'd probably miss it. It is really the only restaurant around the area, so it seems kind of out of place. Getting into the parking lot is a little tricky since the street it is on doesn't allow you to turn left onto it - you have to turn into the next office complex and go back through the parking lot.
Overall, a pretty good sandwich and worth making a stop at for a quick and relatively cheap lunch - 7/10.
I’m hesitant to write this review because I want this hidden gem to myself. I got the Balboa 10inch. Wow. Best sub I’ve ever had. I was wondering where the name came from because Rocky is my favorite movie. I get it now it’s a Philly cheesesteak wrapped in Italian meats. They put a lot of high quality meat and cheese on their subs. I was full with half the sub but couldn’t stop eating it so I finished it. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Place was busy and from order to leaving was 10 minutes or less. Great subs!

This was a cool place for lunch. The restaurant itself was nothing fancy, but They have a unique menu of subs - I had the balboa sub, which is a combination of a cheese steak and an Italian sub. I really enjoyed the sub, and I had the potato salad as the side, which was really good. I would stop back again when I'm in the area.
Found this place near work about a month ago. By far the best subs ever. Went there almost 2 weeks in a row trying the menu out.
This place makes the best sandwiches ever. It was the first time I physically went in the actual restaurant. I first tried them through my job. They deliver. I enjoy the cordon blue. Most definitely a must try!!!
This is THE BEST sandwich shop in the area. Hands down. Forget Subway, Firehouse, or wherever, just go here. Its a hole-in-the-wall, blink-and-youll-miss-it place, but those are always the best places, arent they? Seriously, get here and have THE BEST SANDWICH anywhere.
My only complaint is the hours. Guys, open on the weekends so I can come in more often!
Amazing place, amazing food. Had a customer tell me about this amazing place down the street with food you won't find anywhere. So I figured I'd stop by and find out for myself, and it's better than I could have imagined. If you haven't stopped by this place you deserve to treat yourself to a great meal.
Found this spot through google and one of the best searches I ever made! Great sandwiches with lots of meats and the bread was perfect! Definitely gonna return!
Grinders food is awesome. We wish there was one in Loveland! The specialty grinders like the Balboa are the best. The service is excellent too.
We have been ordering from here for years. Hands down the best sandwiches in town and the best service! Love these guys!
Stopped in for a late lunch before they closed at 4. Service was great employees were very friendly Had the gyro grinder the tezeki sauce was amazing along with the Bbq chicken and bacon grinder with a side of potato skins . We will be back wish you were open on the weekend but I understand you are in the business district not much traffic on the weekend.
