So happy to have a new, yummy food spot in Anderson!
McAllister's has always been one of our favorite places, so we are really happy to have one so close to home now. Love the pickle bar and the tea cards. The only complaint we had was they tried too hard with their service. We were interrupted at least 6 times while we ate to see if everything was okay lol. Keep up the good work!
I did an Uber Eats order for a Southwest salad and a cup of fresh fruit, plus a brownie because yes, BROWNIES! The salad was enormous, it could probably feed two. The fruit was a nice mix of things, The delivery was prompt, correct, and everything was so fresh!!
I definitely recommend it for folks who want fresh food that's healthy, or those little indulgences that aren't. I'll definitely order from them again.

THE SALAD WAS BEAUTIFUL!!! Omg it was amazing. And it was for pick up!! All the food was so good. The pick up was so easy and it was ready!! :) Was not expecting much because the service on Beechmont has been slow, but McAllisters gave us amazing pick up service! Thank you!! 😍
When I walked up to the counter to order my food, one of the employees seemed to be available to take my order. She looked at me and then walked into the back. The other employee, a young woman with blonde hair, was forced to stop what she was doing and-rightfully so-was a little flustered as she came to kindly and respectfully help me. This has happened multiple times before--which is the only reason I'm leaving a review. The food is great, the environment is nice, but I just felt that was kind of rude. If you see a customer don't just ignore them, I see the poor young lady who helped me here all the time and she's constantly having to bust her butt. Lucky to have her!
The seating area was clean and the people friendly. The food we had was very tasty. The pickle bar was a nice way to add that little extra.
My first trip there and food and service was amazing! Even got food to go for our dinner! Will definitely be back
Hands down best tea. The sandwich was to die for. Awesome service.
The staff is always nice and it is always clean..love their food and strawberry tea. Lunch 1/2 sandwich and soup broccoli cheddar my favorite is ideal. Potatoes are huge, side options of cucumbers, tomatoes and onions or chips.
Food and staff are always excellent!!! My only complaint is that I cannot get takeout if I'm alone. I'm disabled and cannot carry an order and use my rollator at the same time.
McAlister's has long been a favorite place to eat. I love how the potato chips used to cover the plate. I used to order the muffaletta, my favorite sandwich from just about anywhere. Those features are long gone, but they have always, in all the states where I've eaten at McAlister's, had the best tasting tea. It's phenomenal. I ordered the Crunchy Turkey sandwich, mainly out of curiosity. It was quite good, the crunch, and a little heat, coming from jalapeno potato chips on a sandwich of turkey, bacon, and avocado. It's a good combination of flavors and texture on the ciabatta bread. Instead of covering the plate with chips anymore, the only viable side I saw was potato salad, which was flavorless overall.
This store had good service with friendly staff.
Had a BLT craving and McAlisters was the answer. Lots of bacon and the sweet tea is legendary.
