It's great to find another wonderful Pho shop downtown. The portions are generous and the prices are not outlandish. Like I've said before, anyplace that keeps Sriracha sauce on all of it's table gets my business! I used to frequent Le's Pho on Court Street quite a bit until I came in one time at 2:30pm and was told that I would have to get it to go because they were closing at three. I came into Saigon's and ordered at the same time and said "I'll take it to go because I know you close at 3." They replied; "That doesn't matter! Sit down and enjoy your meal!" That is why I'm totally devoted to this place. They put the customer before their convenience. So what are you waiting Pho? Get in here!

Generous portion sizes and fast service of the customers. I like the way they prep and cook the tofu for the vegetarian options. The phi was tasty as well.

My office had provided banh mi for a lunch, but it wasn't very good. I needed, therefore, BETTER BANH MI and decided to go to Saigon Subs as it is close. Let me tell you what happened: I loved the sandwich so much that I forgot my license and debit card were in the bag I'd brought the sandwich back to the office in, and threw the wax paper the sandwich had been wrapped in (because it was completely gone), the numerous paper towels I'd used to clear away the delicious paté (I don't even like paté), cilantro (cilantro, either), fresh cucumber (don't like this either) and roll crumbs away (bread is awesome). I just threw it all away and took a 15 minute nap. I highly recommend the chicken banh mi.
